May 10, 2022 · This is my 5th Modem/Router from ATT , I can not login to any of them. Even the install technician tried to login and changed the router 3 times before he gave up. But I am not sure even they have ways to determine the access code from their end. Worth the call though because if they can't you can request, or maybe they will suggest, just sending you a replacement gateway. Should take about 2 days. Jul 29, 2020 · Doing the factory reset would have reset the System Access Code to the default as it did the SSID and the Wireless Passphrase. I must assume therefore that you are misreading the code printed on the side of the Gateway. It is case sensistive. Try alternate versions (zero vs oh, one vs l) if unsure.
