Hi I have old xfinity pods version XE1-S that i didn't disconnect from old router. I cannot activate with my new router for some reason. I see they still have the old name and I cannot figure out how to reset them so I can setup with new XB7 router. . Who owns ka

Sep 21, 2020 · The pod in our basement wasn't working, and when I went to look for it on the XFi app, it had a status of "offline". Removing it from the wall outlet and putting it back didn't resolve the issue. In fact, the pod is now continuously flashing a white light (it wasn't doing anything before that). I also tried removing the device via the app ... Essentially, if you are not monthly renting your modem/router from Comcast, you cannot use this device, as it is not compatible with your network setup.
