I’m not sure what to think. 48 hour beta draw last week showed a very slight decrease (32 to 31.3), so I went in for a third draw today. My understanding was that this was to see whether hcg had continued to drop indicating a miscarriage or to potentially check for signs of an ectopic.
At 13dpo my hcg was 57 and 3 days later was 399 so not a massive rise-definitely didn't suspect twins from it. My Pregesterone numbers were 52.5 at cd22 and remained in high 60s in first weeks of pregnancy. It wasn't until the 7 week ultrasound that we were told-and we were both shocked so you just never know.. Mirthu
My Dr isn't worried bc it could just be one healthy singleton instead of twins. My first HCG level was at 181 & two days later it went up to 280.
