I charged the headphones to 100% (LED is solid white) Then I held the volume UP button and the "Mode" button for 10+ seconds. My beats solo pros won’t go into pairing mode or factory restart. It’s completely charged so it can’t be a charging issue. I tried doing both my phone and laptop to see if the issue was my phone and not the beats.
