When my case online stats says ‘approved’ the live agent says the card is being produced. When the online stats says ‘card has been produced’ the card has been shipped and live agent already has a tracking number and estimated arriving dates.Got notice that day that new card been ordered and approval texts on 14th and approval letters on the 17th. Still no notice that card has been mailed. Not as fast as EAD cards.My case status updated to "New card is being produced" on 10/2 night, It's supposed to change to "Case was approved" 1 or 2 days later. However, It haven't happened until now (10/5).Filed I-485 EB2-ROW non-concurrent on Dec 23, my case went to "new card being produced" on July 22, however no update since then. Not too worried because folks on the forums are observing similar delays between "card produced" and "approved" (3-7 days) and as many as 3-4 weeks to get the physical card.
